 Returns Policy 

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for store credit. If the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item), we will also pay the return shipping costs. 

You should expect to receive your store credit within four weeks of sending your package to the return shipper, though in many cases, it may be issued more quickly. This period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes to process the credit issuance. 

If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return items from your order. 

Shipping Policy 

We ship to addresses within the continental United States, including FPO, APO, AK, and HI addresses. Some products may have shipping restrictions and cannot be shipped to all destinations within these areas. Upon placing your order, we provide estimated shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and your selected shipping options. Note that shipping rates are weight-based, with all weights rounded up to the next full pound according to our carriers' policies. 

Free and Flat Rate Shipping 

The Blind Outdoors is pleased to offer free shipping on orders over $150.00 per address. All other orders incur a flat rate of $14.95. Please note that some fragile items may incur a handling charge, and some larger items may not qualify for free shipping. 

Package Tracking 

Once you place your order, you will receive a UPS Tracking number to track your package. This allows you to monitor the status of your shipment at any time.

Upon inspection, if the returned items are in their original condition, store credit will be issued for the item value. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We are not responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error. If you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 72 hours, and we will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no extra cost. Please ensure your return is properly insured. Store credit will not be issued for broken, damaged, or misdirected packages. If you have received damaged or defective merchandise, it is crucial to call us within 72 hours of receipt and retain all packaging for return claims.
